The high ceilings enhance the sense of space, while natural light floods the room, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere throughout. A standout feature of the room is the large dressing table, complete with an LED-lit mirror, perfect for getting ready at any time of day or evening.

 

Bedroom 2 - Double Bedroom with Dressing Room – Soft and elegant, this beautifully styled bedroom is designed with a feminine touch, featuring a calming palette of dusky pinks complemented by warm gold accents. It includes a dedicated dressing area complete with dressing table and a large, Bluetooth mirror, allowing you to enjoy your own personal choice of music while getting ready.

 

Bedroom 3 - King-Size Bedroom with En-Suite – A spacious and elegant retreat, with a striking large bay window forming a beautiful focal point of the room, flooding the space with natural light. Framed by elegant floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains, the window effortlessly combines style with practicality.

 

Bedroom 4 - Family Suite with En-Suite - This thoughtfully designed family suite offers the perfect blend of sophistication and practicality. The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed set against a striking colour palette of deep midnight blue and shimmering silver. Complete with a plush, grey Chesterfield-style sofa which adds both comfort and a touch of classic charm. Adjoining the main room is a dedicated children's bedroom, providing a fun and cosy space for younger guests. Complete with sturdy bunk beds and a travel cot, it's perfectly equipped for families with children of all ages. The family suite also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with a Mira rainfall shower.

 

Bedroom 5 - Double Bedroom with En-Suite - Fresh, bright and relaxing, this double bedroom is styled in a calming coastal palette of soft greys accented with warm, cheerful yellow tones. A large window fills the room with natural light, enhancing the sense of space and openness. Blackout blinds are fitted for added comfort.

Restful Sleep, Every Night

Every bedroom in the house has been carefully designed to ensure the best possible night's sleep. All beds are fitted with high-quality memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets, offering exceptional comfort and support for a truly restful experience. To complement this, each room is equipped with blackout blinds or curtains, allowing you to create a darkened space, perfect for uninterrupted sleep and lazy mornings.

 

Bathrooms

In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, the home offers a large, luxurious family bathroom. This bright, modern retreat with full size bath and rainfall shower is perfect for relaxing soaks after long days at the beach or walking in the Moors and is also perfect for fun family bath times. The large backlit Bluetooth smart mirror provides relaxing lighting and built in speakers for relaxing music or nursery rhymes for the little ones. The heated towel rail and towels provided ensure a warm, dry end to your bath or shower. 

 

Living Space

The inviting lounge features bold blue walls that create a vibrant yet cosy atmosphere. The beautiful artex ceiling and Georgian coving have been lovingly restored as a tribute to the property's origins as a guesthouse. There are three brown leather sofas with textured cushions for added comfort. Natural light floods in through the large white window blinds and the large wooden coffee table in the centre of the room is perfect for family gatherings and one of the many board games provided beneath the well-stocked bookshelf. There is a smart TV for cosy nights in and a white fireplace topped by a large ornate silver framed mirror make this a family living space that blends traditional charm with comfortable modern living.

 

Dining Room

The large impressive dining room is a warm and welcoming space, with a fresh two-tone colour scheme and large windows flooding the area with natural light. Dominating the room is a substantial solid oak dining table able to seat up to fourteen guests. There is also a beautiful solid oak corner bench with classic church pew panelling and matching table, making this space perfect for memorable family gatherings and cosy family meals. Eye catching modern artwork on the walls and soft wall lighting create a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both grand and wonderfully comfortable.

 

Kitchen

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is designed for both everyday use and entertaining. Featuring a spacious fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven & induction hob, everything you need for cooking for larger groups is provided. All the pots, pans & utensils you need are provided in the striking blue cabinets and drawers, and the integrated dishwasher and washing machine makes tidying up afterwards effortless.
